What we collect when you visit or enquire, why, and what you can do about it. Last updated 15 October 2026.
Speed With Style is a swim school at the Corpus Christi College Aquatic Centre in Bateman, Western Australia. In this policy "we" and "us" means Speed With Style. You can reach us about anything here at admin@speedwithstyle.com.au or on 0409 898 232.
When you send an enquiry or book a free lesson, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), your child's age group, the program you're interested in, and any message you add.
When you browse the site, we also collect standard technical information such as the pages you visit, your browser and device type, your approximate location from your IP address, and whether you arrived from one of our ads.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to running the swim school.
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API. These tell Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram) when someone who saw one of our ads visits the site, opens the booking form, sends an enquiry, or taps to call or email us. Meta uses cookies and similar technology to do this, and we send some of this information to Meta from our own server as well as from your browser.
If you send an enquiry, your name, email and phone number are scrambled (hashed) in your browser before anything is shared. Meta receives only the scrambled values and uses them to match the enquiry to a Facebook or Instagram account. Your actual details are never sent to Meta.
Meta handles this information under its own privacy policy. To control how Meta uses it for ads, visit your Facebook ad preferences. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work normally.
We use a few trusted services to run the site. Some of them store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to run lessons and meet our legal obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect them from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email admin@speedwithstyle.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first and we'll try to put it right. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
We'll update this page if the way we handle information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
